Information Ok this may be a silly question.....
Do all "Starter" cats hide each of the traits.... meaning do they each have a hidden fur, eye color, eye shape, tail shape, shade, whisker color, whisker shape, ear shape?

Thanks!

Starters from KittyCatS (normal or limited edition) are guaranteed to hide a non-genesis fur, eye color, tail, ear, whisker color and shape. They are not guaranteed to hide a myst eye shape, small pupil, or shade.

Hi Luna, welcome to breeding. They can only have one shown and one hidden for each of the traits. In some cases it maybe the same trait. Such as a Tabby fur may also hide the same Tabby fur.

RE: Ok this may be a silly question.....
Hi Luna, yes. This is one of the most basics "rules" of breeding. Each cat has only 1 shown and 1 hidden trait of each. This applies to all cats, including starters which are the center of your question.
Consider it like this:
Each cat has only 2 "slots" or 2 "spaces" for each trait: one shown and one hidden. Each of the slots will be occupied by the parents traits, one from mom and the other one from dad. Parting from this concept we can then identify that once a parent has passed one of their traits, the other slot for that same trait will be occupied by the other parent.

So, to answer your question, yes, every single KittyCats (including starters) have a shown and a hidden "slot" for each of their traits.

I recommend you to check out the Doc "Facts about KittyCats Traits" included in Saga Felix's docs. It can help you figure things out. Here's the link https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jbE-Sb9WsaZ5901tawcDW6JeRy66mZzjpZGD1ipmIsc/edit

For clarity, a starter shows a Genesis fur and is ensured to hide a non-Genesis fur.
