I'm very curious how your pure Bengal projects evolves it seems such a pretty fur to have in our cattery to work with in all kinds of projects Smile
Dev, I just gave our starters meds, they struggled some but gave up their fight fairly fast Smile

I wish mine would!

While I"m happy to say that my smokeys have been quite cooperative my domino's decided are not, the little brats. They decided to play hide and seek. I keep telling them they are going to make me go find my own voodoo stick. Of course it's the first box for each side.

I now know that I have this kitty waiting somewhere down the line as a true pure kitty.

Fur: Bengal - Tawny
Eyes: Beach Blue (Mysterious|Small)
Shade: Natural
Tail: Boo Boo
Ears: Big Boo Boo
Whiskers: White (Mysterious)

I'm a bit lost here, but interested -Emelene and Row have produced the Bengal Tawny you describe? Or one of their OS has? I'd really appreciate any further information you could provide on this Smile

Emelene and Row have produced the Bengal Tawny, was the 2nd box they had together. Dad hides the Bengal Tawny and Mom hides Bengal Silver. I've had one of their daughters throw the tawny which told me who was hiding it.

Thanks Serena! So if Emelene hides the B Silver, and Row the B Tawny, and together they produced a B Tawny, that would mean Bengal Tawny is dominant to Bengal Silver -am I right?

aww great Serena, your pedigree of the Bengal Silver you got from a Bengal Tawny and Balinese proves with no doubt that Bengal Tawny is dominant to Bengal Silver, Would you please send the info to Saga? as I don't see that yet on her charts.

Thank you!

Well hopefully Kay will have some luck breeding ours. (fingers crossed) Since we know both our starters hide the fur.
For me I have my two Bengal Sorrells getting old enough to do their thing.
I like the tried and true method of getting a fur thrown back and working from there.
Either way will take time, but the starters only have so much time to do their thing and don't want to end up with a bunch of recession in the bg.
