This will be our new most recessive ear

Reason:
MUMPixie shows pixie perfect (PP) , she is offspring of a new starter called Molan and a pixie perfect mate.

This means the new starter must be pixie perfect or something recessive. So Moon tested it.

On the backbreed, Pixiekitten was mated to her dad and the new PURRFECT (PF) ear was pulled

If the starter had been hiding pixie perfect, this could not happen.

As the starter can only hide one ear, this must be the PURRFECT ear
So MUMpixie hides the PURRFECT and the mating pulled it out as pure.
