Yay! Reven pointed out Purringfox's/Cee's chart proves Slate is dom to Bengal Tawny. I missed that one! I'll update the eye list

Placed???

I will analyse the charts one by one

Breeding 1:

Mom:

Serafina is a solid, possibly pure Bengal Tawny to test with, but I'd find othe use for her, because you have the proof further down.

Dad:

Eadwyn shows Chateau Slate & White No. 1 and hides Tonkinese Champagne or a more recessive fur, and could be bred to Serafina for proof against Bengal Tawny.
I suggest that you breed him to a different fur, because you have already proved the relative placement between Chateau Slate & White No. 1 and Tawny tabby (below)

Breeding 2

Mom:

Mom shows Australian Mist - Blue Marble, and hides the same or a more recessive fur.
Dad shows Chateau Slate & White No. 1 and hides Tonkie Blue Mink (or more recessive, but I doubt that because of age)
Kitten Serena shows Chateau Slate & White No. 1 and hides Australian Mist - Blue Marble or a more recessive fur.

Dad:

This is where it gets interesting!

Grandpa Cosmic shows Bengal Tawny. We don't know what he hides, but it doesn't matter in this case.
Grandma Shazic shows Chateau Slate & White No. 1. As with grandma, the hidden fur is both unknown and not important.

Mum Abby shows Chateau Slate & White No. 1 from Shazic and hides Cosmic's shown or hidden fur.

Dad Rolfe shows Bengal Snow, and hides the same or a more recessive fur.

Kitten Rigby shows Bengal Tawny, which is known to be dominant to Bengal Snow.
His shown fur must therefore be Rolfe's hidden.

This chart proves that Chateau Slate & White No. 1 is dominant to Bengal Tawny.

Kitten 1:

Kitten 2:

Both these kittens are offspring from Serena and Rigby above.
Both show Rigby's Bengal Tawny fur, and must therefore hide Australian Mist Blue Marble or more recessive from Serena, because we have proved that Bengal Tawny is recessive to Chateau Slate & White No. 1 (and cannot hide it)

Well done Cee

Really knocking furs off the list now. How cool would it be to have all furs (and eyes) placed before halloween collections come out.

RE: Chateau Slate & White No. 1 recessiveness
I am popping out what Reven said about the chart that provided the proof. As it's a long list of charts and only chart midlist provided the proof, it's easy to miss. Thanks for analyzing them indivdiually Reven. I actually missed the proof when I first saw them.

Reven said about Cee's chart:

"This is where it gets interesting!

Grandma Shazic shows Chateau Slate & White No. 1. As with grandma, the hidden fur is both unknown and not important.

1 is dominant to Bengal Tawny."

Wow! This is great Elisveta. This knocks out 3 furs (not eyes! I got it right this time! lol) We are down to one fur!
Slate Chat is recessive to Ocicat Lavender and dominant to Bengal Tawny. Only needs to be tested against Cream Tabby now for the final proof!

RE: Chateau Slate & White No. 1 recessiveness Ocicat - Lavender
Here's a second proof on the Slate & White recessive to Ocicat Lavender

Foxie -Argyle mom and Ocicat Lavender dad pulls a CC Slate&White.

I've got Cream Tabby's breeding. We are SO close now!

Slate x Cream Tabby - Cream Tabby Dom
[Image: 3785e60cf43dcee132f6ed903ad5705d.png]
Mom is hiding either Aby Dk Choc or more recessive, Dad hides Siam.Lilac.
Kitten shows Cream Tabby, proving it is Dom.

I am afraid this chart only proves that Cream Tabby is dominant to Siamese Lilac or a more recessive fur. This is already known.

Zooey must be tested, and Cream Tabby will be proven dom to CC Slate & White if she hides CC Slate & White

I think this is the proof I have been waiting for

Parents are up the thread a bit, This is showing the recessive slate fur coming through the Cream Tabby and Tawney Bengal. WHOOT!!!
