But I can confirm that there is a problem on the tickets. A few days ago I submitted a couple of tickets and checked they showed in the list. Today, it shows no ticket history.
SL glitches are to be expected. If I created a product that was having problems I'd want to know, and your confirmation on the ticket submission problem keeps me from feeling like I'm the only one it's happening to. Thank you!
