Puzzled
If I look in the pedigree of my KittyCatS! 3rd Birthday - Berry.
It says :
KittyCatS! 3rd Birthday - Berry
Fur: Genesis - Smokey IV
Eyes: Genesis Water (Curious|Big)
Shade: Natural
Tail: Genesis
Ears: Genesis
Whiskers: Silver (Guitar)
Size: Normal
----------------------------------------------
But for the same cat ,in the cattery it says:
Fur: KittyCatS! 3rd Birthday - Berry
Eyes: Crystal Spring (Mysterious|Small)
Shade: Birthday Flair
Tail: Fussy
Ears: Rounded
Whiskers: Grape Tipped (Plush)
-----------------------------------------
Cant anyone tell me why I am seeing two different sets of information?

RE: Puzzled
That's because what you see is the costume. The true traits are underneath the costume(in your pedigree). Your cat will pas on the real traits not the costume traits.

RE: Puzzled
The following thread, in the link below, has a great deal of information that may help you to understand.

The pedigree tree shows what genes the kitten really holds – they are all Genesis traits.

If it helps, just think of the cat as being an ordinary Genesis kitten with a delightful set of traits “painted on top” just to make the kitten look pretty. If you were to breed this, it would be the Genesis traits (and some lovely random hidden traits underneath) that would pass.
