Hi Ivy,

The current profilers don't accept https links, so remove the s of the https to have a link like http://...
A new profiler update will come soon.

I'm having an issue too! Clicking the cats to go to "online help" to check the pedigree link box to enable me to use the profiler isn't possible ... most cats it works fine, but I have around 10 (so far, got a lot to go through) that will not go to a page - I just get the following error;

kittycats.biz took too long to respond.
Search Google for kitty cats biz forum register form 6
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Judging by this I would say the link when you click "online help" tab inworld is somehow wrong, but on so many newborns?

Any ideas?

Update your cats. They are sending you to a page that no longer exists.
