I have test breedings running with RockAmethyst kittens against FlowerChild Groovy, Opaline, Dry Olive, and Mountain Mist. I hope to have some results to share soon.

Perhaps Opaline is dominate to Rock Amethyst.

It might be and the Opaline might also hide Grey Matter so you will need to pull the hid to know which.

That seems pretty much par for the course, I am doing the final Tiger! - Shadow test against Burmese - Flame and got 2 of each from the same pair of cats, all that does is highlight the importance of not assuming anything and of pulling the hid to confirm. Can't see what the Opaline cat might hide from that pedigree but the RockA may well have passed Grey Matter the first time, hard to even hazard a guess without knowing what passed to the Opaline from the Destiny Rivers parent, might be that the Opaline passed hid this time. If both pass hid next time you may not even get RockA or Opaline, such is the way of testing.

I'm crossing my fingers to get a boy and hopefully a Rock A pops out than I can breed brother and sister. I seem to have a the bad luck of getting the same sex on my new lines that I need opposite sexes.

Are you actually attempting to pull the hidden on either of the cats you already got?

Unfortunately I have not opened the 2 girls bc I’m still working on the previous starters who still won’t show me their traits. Plus don’t want to open too many boxes this time around.

Okay I finally have a boy Opaline and a girl Opaline in hopes that Rock A is recessive. Will see what happens. Crossing fingers and hope Rock A is recessive! Watch, knowing my luck, I bet that Grey Matter pop!
